SOLANA BEACH ADU

This project was referred to Basis after the homeowner was told by the city, that they couldn’t convert their permitted pool house to an ADU. The pool house met all the requirements for a conversion under gov’t code 65852.2, and Basis Studio was able to obtain approval after presenting the appropriate evidence from the state. ADUs come in all shapes and sizes, and this is an example of one that provides necessary long-term passive income for the property owner, as a long-term rental.
